Welcome to Forge ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Forge mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Forge is designed with privacy-first principles. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the App:

• Alarm Data: Alarm times, sounds, and scheduling preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
• Device Permissions: Forge may request notification permissions to deliver alarms. We do not collect, store, or transmit these permissions to external servers.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymized, aggregated crash reports via Apple's built-in analytics tools, which are subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
• No Personal Information: Forge does not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used solely to:

• Operate and deliver alarm functionality on your device
• Improve app stability and fix bugs via crash reporting
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us voluntarily

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Service Providers: Apple's App Store and associated infrastructure may process technical data as part of app delivery, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data (if any) may be transferred to the successor entity under the same privacy terms.

5. Data Retention and Security

All alarm and preference data lives locally on your device and is removed when you delete the App. We do not maintain centralized databases of user information. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Forge is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it.
